Initial Teacher Training

As a school we work with a selection of ITT providers in the region. We believe ‘that there are no great schools without great teachers’ and therefore relish our contribution to the development of high-quality future teachers.

For ITTs placed with us, we offer:

An individual Subject Mentor to ensure one-to-one support and mentoring
A high quality, evidenced informed Professional Studies programme delivered by a senior leader

Regular observations and feedback

Involvement with pastoral support and form groups
