In March 2005, Manchester City Council approved the funding arrangements for the new Wright Robinson Specialist College. This means that work will commence on the new college in summer 2005.
The college will cost more than £25 million to build and will be one of the best resourced schools in the United Kingdom. This is a school built under the PFI scheme. This means that the school must always be maintained by the builders to the highest standards.
The school is futuristic as is shown from the design model pictured. Click the images to view them full size.
